Compassionate Support for Emotional Wellbeing
Who am I?
I’m Tina Rebecca, a professionally trained counsellor with a strong foundation in inclusive care developed through years of working within the disability sector. My previous experience includes leading services and advocating for fair and impartial support across a diverse client base—an opportunity that shaped my approach to counselling with empathy, respect, and a commitment to accessibility.
I hold recognised qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, and I am a member of ABCAP, dedicated to upholding high ethical standards.
At Tina Rebecca Counselling Service, I offer a holistic, person-centred environment where individuals, families, and children are welcomed with dignity and understanding. I consider emotional, relational, and environmental factors in therapeutic work, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique story and strengths.
My goal is to help create a safe space where personal insight grows, resilience is nurtured, and meaningful change is possible

Support for Children & Families
Childhood can be full of big feelings, and sometimes children need extra support to make sense of what they’re experiencing. I offer a calm, welcoming space where children can feel safe, heard, and supported — whether they’re facing anxiety, low mood, changes at home, or difficulties at school.
With a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies and extensive experience in child development and emotional wellbeing, I work closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs. Through talking therapy and creative approaches, I help children express themselves, build confidence, and strengthen their emotional resilience.
Parents and caregivers are also offered guidance where helpful — because supporting a child’s wellbeing is a team effort.
